Hi,

My doc gave me a script for 125iu.... is still enought? I won't be able to see him until November ( he's more like a sepcialist) and I'm worried that my hcg injections are not strong enough... also my injections are prefilled. Any solution to this problem I may have?

Also - how do you know if a dosage isn't "right" for you. I'm only on day 1 of VLCD but just wanted to make sure I'm on the right dosage.

Thanks :)

I do 125 IU injections, once per day. I was doing 175 IU at first, but found myself feeling a bit dizzy at night. With the 125 level, all is well.

I think your dosage is working if you are not hungry. I've been told that if you're still feeling hunger after a few days, then you may need to increase the dosage.

Thanks everyone for the replies to this question, I am on a 45 day program and have enough HGC to inject for that whole period of time but I am on day 7 with my injections measured at 125iu and I am deffiently getting hungry way to early in the day. I am going to go ahead and bump up to the 175iu and see if that makes any difference over the next couple days. If it does then I will post an update later this week.

Coffeeman, it may be that if you are getting hungry early in the day that you should attempt to spread your foods out, fruit for a morning snack, protein and veggie for lunch, snack, then dinner later. If you already spreading out your meals then increasing your dosage is probably on the right track.

Just my thoughts, we always have to do what works best for us.
