Fish that tastes good:

Buy a mild meaty fish like Flounder, Basa, Mahi Mahi, Orange Roughy
Weigh and portion, Put in ziplock bags
Add enough water to barely cover, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 2 peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, 1 big slice of raw onion, 2 garlic cloves smashed
Refrigerate overnight or freeze for later

The brine really takes any fishy-ness out. If you use the allowed portion of milk, you can add that to the water too for an even better brine.
Drain and discard brine then broil, bake, or fry in a non-stick pan, don't over cook = in the pan just 2 minutes on medium heat per side for thin fillets. In the oven at 400 for 10 minutes.

In a non-stick pan, squeeze lemon or lime on top when you flip it, then cover to steam the last two minutes.

thanks for sharing, a little thing is making me annoy but I'm not going to share as it can be considered
disgusting. Tolerate with it, I'm just a newbie. regards
