Some more fruits that will help in weight loss are:
Grapes,
Pears,
Peaches,
Cherries,
Plum.

I agree that all these fruits are helpful in losing weight. Like watermelon that provide excellent hydration for digestion and low amount of carbohydrates for instant energy to the body. And this also provide the required water content for effective digestion and excretion of toxins, thereby aiding detoxification and healthy weight loss.

All the fruits with low GI are helpful in the weight loss process. Low GI means that our body takes longer to digest these types of foods. Search on google to check the GI (Glycemic Index) of different fruits and foods.

I get the best loss with apples and cucumbers (technically the 2nd is a veggie). I find that I can have an orange or half a grapefruit per day and still lose fine on P2.

To go with the season - figs and grapefruit are great! Also a boost of vitamin C

Fruits are the best sources of vitamins and minerals and contains a lot of water that keeps our body hydrated. Fresh fruits along with dry fruits can help in healthy weight loss.
