Oh yes, Aerobic exercises can Speeds Up Metabolism, Strengthens Bones, Hardens Joints, Increases Your Energy, and Improves your appearance and outlook in life.

Doing aerobics on regular basis is definitely a good way of losing weight but weight training is more effective in this case because it keeps your metabolism high throughout the day and you lose more weight.

Nice exercise depends upon own thoughts and struggle so eat nourishment foods and never neglect any aspects those provide us a best health.
