Turkey Meat Sauce

Here's the recipe for it:

1 lb. lean turkey
1 onion
1 can mushrooms
8 oz. can tomato sauce
Cheese (I used about 2 oz.)

Brown the turkey, onion, and mushrooms. Add the tomato sauce and simmer till some of the moisture's gone. Add cheese and stir. It's very good and not *too* many calories if you use lean meat and light cheese. Hubby and I just got 3 servings out of it, but you could easily get 4 servings out of it and thereby lessen the caloric content. I make this with macaroni ordinarily and we love it (this way, too!).
