Alfredo Sauce· 2 Tbsp. Butter
· ¼ Cup Heavy Cream
· ½ Cup Parmesan
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add cream; bring to a slow boil. Add parmesan slowly, whisking constantly. If you add the parmesan too quickly, it will clump. Whisk until all the cheese is melted and blended. *We frequently eat alfredo sauce on baked chicken.

Me, too; I love chicken alfredo and we'll be in P4 before I can try this out, so I'll just betcha that I will splurge by adding some pasta!

You should try the tofu shirataki noodles. Only 40 calories per pack and a good substitute for noodles.

tofu shiritake noodles are not allowed on phase 2 and have seen people get pretty miserable bloated wise and gain or stall from eating them.

Yeah no tofu is allowed on P2 or P3. If you are dying for them, use miracle noodle.

Even miracle noodles can cause gains and stalls so be careful with them.
