Since I don't eat eggs, do people here have any other suggestions for breakfast on phase 3?

You can make some of the "oopsie rolls" and have them sprinkled with stevia and cinnamon, or how about some slices of cheese or a bit of cottage cheese with cinnamon?

Not if you buy all natural. Laura Scudder's has nothing but peanuts and salt.

sometimes i make protein shake
- 1 cup frozen strawberry or frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop mocha cappucinno protein powder
- 1 scoop chocolate shakeology (optional)
- 1 tbsp barlean mango flavored fish oil
- 1 tbsp pb
- ice

Coffee is the best option and if you are not taking coffee then i will suggest you to have fruit milk shake because it would be a nice breakfast and balance one.
