Hello All

After being on the diet for 10 days and following everything as instructed I lost it and had a cup of ice cream and a mini muffin. Can I pick up where I left off or must I start all over??

Just get right back on the train and continue! 1 slip up is not going to be the end! You will more then likely see a gain for a day maybe 2 but then will start loosing again. Stay strict to the protocol and you will have great results! Create yourself a journal here in the journal section and log in daily and you will get tons of support and encouragement plus learn a ton!
