so coming from a hispanic family and being deprived of all my fav foods this one i found i can still eat thought id sare its so basic and good if you like a lil spicy food

100g cooked shrip tail off slice down center to make butterflyed its ok if you cut in two peices ive found i like it this way better bec i trick my self thinking im eating more put in a big bowl add juce of 2-3 good size limes slice 1 tomatoe and 1/2 red onion half circles with shrimp


cook 1/2 pound green tomatoes
1-2 jalepenos depending on you spice level
1 clove garlic
two pinches of cilantro
cook for 10 min
drain water but leave just like 1/2 inch at bottom put all the cooked mixture in blender add salt n peper how u like pour over your shrimp as you like

put in fridge for at least 20 min enjoy
