i read that chicken broth is ok on phase 2 but it does not say anything in the lit.
any help?

I think chicken broth is fine as long as it's non fat, no carb ,low sodium broth. My friend used a Chicken broth and was up 2lbs the next day, because it has 570mg of sodium per serving. Hope that helps :)

I use the low sodium fat free sugar free organic chicken broth with no problem. I purchased at wal-mart :)

Make sure you read the label and the chicken broth doesn't contain MSG. Organic is the best for making soups and sauting.

I used it from can and sd had none of that in it and I stalled one day, had the leftover soup I made with it for lunch the next day and I gained the following day.
