I'm on phase 2 and just tripped over a safety mat wrenching back and knee. Can I take some ibuprophen?

I took some for headaches and it did not stall me. Aspirin is actually recommended in the Simeons protocol, but I dont' think ibuprofen was available when he wrote it. YMMV
