Hello All,
I'm looking to start my journey down this long path of weight loss. I came across the HCG diet a few months ago and have been reading and researching, but nothing you can read from companies ect can really help you like the input of actual people. People in your places, paving the way down this exciting road. So I come to you humbly asking for your guidance. Where should I buy from? Should I go the shot route or maybe take the drops? What is an actually reachable goal for me to strive towards? Should I bite the bullet and go to an actual doctor ( i hate doctors ) any input good or bad would be appreciated. I respond to email more readily then I would be able to on here. So please feel free to email me. mandydawn405@gmail.com Thanks and Have a wonderful day !

Mandy there are several sites you can purchase good quality homeopathic HCG from and they are what most of us on here have used or are currently using. Check out www.officialhcgdietplan.com (http://www.officialhcgdietplan.com) or www.hcgslimline.com (http://www.hcgslimline.com) for the drops. I believe you can still purchase RX HCG injections from www.reliablerx.com (http://www.reliablerx.com) but I don't think there is anyone on here using them at the time and most of us use the drops.

As far as how much you can expect to loose its hard to say everyone's body is different! If I was you I would google Dr ATW Simeons protocol Pounds and Inches and printit off and read it and follow it. He is the original Dr who spent 50 yrs researching and testing what worked best on this diet and no other has spent the time and research he has.
