This is my 2nd go at HCG, I did the 1st in may/june of last year and lost 17lbs... which I put all back on and then some because I didn't slowly add carbs back into my diet after Phase 3.... I moved to America and gorged myself :(
So this time I am a little wiser and actually a little lighter as I lost 14lbs this year already by not being a fat slob, but it's these last 20lbs I just can't shake, so HCG is back.
I definitely know what I'm doing, I follow Dr Simeons protocol to the T, but I'm open to hearing tips and to help others.
This is me so far.....
Loading Day 1 - 150lbs
Loading Day 2 - 151.5lbs
VLCD Day 1 - 153lbs
VLCD Day 2 - 150lbs
VLCD Day 3 - 148.5lbs
