Hi! I'm a newbie and just wanted to introduce myself. Today is day 2 of the loading phase...I ate a lot of fatty foods, etc. Tomorrow is my first day on phase 2. I don't think it will be too hard for me. I did Medi-Weight Loss last year and it wasn't hard. This will be easier since I can have those breadsticks or melba toast. (I know only one with Lunch and Dinner...)which is great to give me that crunch. Might add one of them crushed up into my salad for extra crunch. I made a "dressing" for my salad with apple cider vinegar, Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb and a chopped srawberry...put it in my bullet blender. The strawberry added some sweetness. Looking forward to chatting with everyone!

Oh boy enjoy the last of your loading and finish your night off with some ice cream to fill in all the empty cracks :)

I am also new and will post an intro as well. Good luck on your journey!! I started loading on Thursday 8/2/2012 and star5ted the VLCD on 8/4/12. I have already lost 4 pounds since 8/2/12! Exciting!
