Hello!
I am a little confused on the Phase 4 part. Not sure if that is designed to be a part of your diet after a goal weight is reached?
For example, if I plan to do several rounds, do I do P1, P2, P3, P4 and then start again, or is it P1, P2, P3 and then start again until goal weight is reached?

P1, P2, P3, P4.....for each round you do, you must extend your p3 and p4 by another week. So round 1 would be 3 weeks each, the 2nd round would be 4 weeks each and so forth.

If you're using homeopathic drops, you can go on P2 for as long as you can take it..then move to P3. However if you are on the injections, go by what Dr Simeons says.

Yes you do need to do the 3 weeks of P3 and the 3 weeks of P4 inbetween rounds and like Amy said for each additional round you do you have to add a week to P3 and P4. It is so important to give your body that break in between rounds because your skin needs time to catch up with your losses and your liver and kidneys need time to recoup. Jumping back in too soon can cause major damage to your skin, liver and kidneys.
