I am really in panic :mad:.because I am getting marriage in 4 months and I want to be a beautiful bride but my weight is… actually my weight is 69kg and I think is really over. Even though I am always try to maintain my figure but couldn’t get success. I tried to gone through every solution I have suggested by my family and friends. Even I have visited many websites who bet and guarantee for their products and tips but no one could help me out. So I thought might be this is the great forum where I can get better ideas and solution for my problems. Please advise me your ideas to loss my weight before marriage.

This forum is for guys and gals who are using HCG for weightloss. It looks like 69kgs is about 152 pounds for us who are using that system. If you can tell us your stats like your height and goals then maybe we can help you decide if HCG is a reasonable option for you.
