Hello ladies!
So I have been reading about various things on this diet and came across a "steak day" if your weight flucuates more than 2 pounds, is that because you ate something that wasn't on the diet or is it something else? When do you do a steak day?

Thanks for all of the info!

Steak days are only for phase 3 and beyond and to be done the instant your weight goes 2.1 lbs above your LDW. You can have coffee, tea and water all day long but no food until dinner time and then you are to eat the biggest fattiest steak you possibly can eat followed by an apple or a tomato and it should bring you back down to your LDW by morning.
