I am on day 9 of VCLD and doing fine. However, I have a couple of questions for anyone who has done rounds to lose large amount of weight.
1) Trying to decide best way to do this to make it most effective long-term. So is it better to do multiple rounds of 3 weeks, or to go for the 40 day length first time?
2) Anyone deal with constipation, and if so, what did you do/use to address it. I tried a salt water flush last night before bed and it didn't work so was concerned at keeping that much salt in my system. :(
3) Have you done this diet over any major holiday dinners? Our Canadian Thanksgiving is only a couple of weeks away and we are hosting our family dinner with 20+ people. Don't want to stall, but do want to enjoy the day. Can I make sensible choices but not sticking strictly to protocol?
My loss so far has been 10.6 since day 1.
