Hi everyone!
Got my nasal spray in the mail today and start tomorrow with day 1 of loading! Looking forward to losing weight and gaining lots of tips from everyone who has been so successful here.

Welcome to the form, make sure you load on really good fats and protein, things like fatty meats, avocados, nuts, cheese. Try to stay away from too much sugar and carbs, it helps make the transition easier.

So pizza wouldn't be good because too many carbs?

It is fine..if that is what you want, but try to have more good fats it helps to eliminate headaches etc.
