Anyone using Apple Cider Vinegar? Do you think it helps? how are you taking it?
I found the following statement online.

Lots of the girls have used ACV throughout their journeys and some report great results with using it daily. Some take it 2 times a day added into their water or make a salad dressing out of it.

ACV can be used 1-3 times a day. It supports good digestive health and helps to break down protein so it does not sit as long in your system. I take it 2-3 times a day and I do think it is helpful as I have been totally regular since and that is hard when you are eating mostly protein and veggies without other means of fiber.

Check your health food store for the Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, it is the best one to use.

Do you drink the apple cider straight? Like a shot of alcohol? How much do you take?

You can take it any way you want to. Some do it as a shot, some mix it with water and some lemon and drink it that way, some make salad dressing out of it. It's totally up to you how you want to get it down cause it sure don't taste great...lol

Yep, it doesn't taste great at all, plus it smells horrible. At least for me it is horrible. But, I will have to take them on Sunday as I start my low cal diet. I plan to mix it with water and lemon. When I researched on this stuff, I found that ACV has lots of health benefits. I made my mother drink 2 tsps and mix with water twice a day to manage her hypertension. So many benefits just like other natural stuff out there like baking soda. Anyway, we will have to pinch our noses when we gulp it down to our throats. Not so looking forward to it but what the heck? If it's gonna help me lose the 10 lbs (which I know will be a slow process) then ACV it is. :p
