Hello everyone,

I have been stalking this forum at work for the past month, and I am absolutely amazed at the results that many (if not ALL) of you are getting!!! I am hoping to be a great "LOSER" just like you! I just started recently, currently on R1/P2/VLCD6. For some reason, I am not that hungry. Whats the reason for this? I was expecting to be craving everything in sight and going nuts, but nothing of that sort is happening? Is it the HCG drops that are curbing the appetite?!!?!? Whatever it is, im loving it! Now I cant say its easy, CUZ ITS NOT, but its definitely worth it if it works. I have 3 and half months before I go on a cruise for my son's birthday, and am hoping to be at my pre-baby weight of 125-130.

01/08/2013 R1/P1/D1 (Loading Day 1) – 177.8
01/09/2013 R1/P1/D2 (Loading Day 2) – 177.2 ???
01/10/2013 R1/P2/VLCD1 -178.4
01/11/2013 R1/P2/VLCD2 - 175.4
01/12/2013 R1/P2/VLCD3 - 174.5
01/13/2013 R1/P2/VLCD4 - 173.2
01/14/2013 R1/P2/VLCD5 - 171.0
01/15/2013 R1/P2/VLCD6 -169.8

Lost 8 pounds already!!! WOOO HOOO (Well, that’s including the load days, but I don’t care it makes me feel better lol ) I really hope it keeps going down, and I don’t STALL! THAT’S MY WORST NIGHTMARE…. Any tips/ suggestions/ advise???

You are doing great, most of us stall at least once, dont freak out if that happened , just keep up the hard work. Nice drops

Nikki you are doing fantastic and yes if you have good quality HCG you should have no hunger at all and that is a good thing!

Stalls are normal and part of the protocol so don't let it get you down should it happen and just keep pushing on. Most times when you have a stall you are loosing inches at that time.
