For P3:

Coco Crack:

Coco crack is chocolate made with 2 TBSP virgin organic coconut oil, 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa, and sweetner to taste. Blend together and pour on a paper plate and put in fridge. It will harden and then you can break it into pieces. Like a dark chocolate. Additionally, you can add crushed nuts or coconut when you can tolerate them. Use it to coat other treats or fruit also. Very good.

Chocolate Nut Bark

4T Extra Vigin Coconut Oil
4T Unsweetened Cocoa powder (I use less)
Stevia (I use vanilla flavored)
Macadamia Nuts (optional)

Melt the Coconut Oil in a saucepan on low. Stir in Cocoa and add Stevia.
Pour into dish wiped with coconut oil or non-stick spray or disposable plastic. Sprinkle in chopped Macadamia Nuts if desired.
Freeze for an hour and then chip it out like bark. Melts quickly so I keep in fridge.

Makes approx. 6 servings. Yummy but moderation and takes control to not eat too much in one day.
