Hi there- I am confused- so you CAN mix the vegetables up? I thought you could only have one kind of vege???

Looks like Iíve lost a lot up top this week! I didnít measure on the first day but according to my weight when I started measuring I am proving the theory that Inches and Pounds do match! Man I really hope my thighs thin out!!! Arrgghhh!

I as well was under the impression that you could only have 1 kind of veg. at each meal - no mix ups. Where did you read about mixing them i.e., lettuce, tomato and cucumbers. One at each meal (and, so limited) is really getting boring.

Moni only one vegi per meal for a total of 2 a day, no mixing vegi's! If you haven't read Pounds and Inches by Dr. ATW Simeons you should! You can google it and print out a copy of it and it is the original protocol and the one we all follow and it is the best one to follow!

Great resource!!! Thank you. Tried the Spicy Crab Salad. Didn't have celery. Lettuce had gone bad. :( Substituted cucumber instead. Was delish!!!
