How to maintain health life ?
I hope that you people would be in good health .I have a general question that how can maintain a good healthy life . your tips and ideas would be an added advantage for me . Thanks in advance .
Some tips for you to maintain health.
Do exercise daily,
Measure your progress,
Drink plenty of water daily,
Eat healthy and nutritious food only,
Avoid fast and junk food,
Stay active whole day,
Be calm and cool,
Take proper sleep.
To maintain a healthy life, Stick with healthy food from each food group, make sure to visit your doctor and Stay up to date on your health screenings to identify whether there are medical problems to address. Engage in physical activity for at least 30 minutes every day. And do not try any vices especially smoking.
Being a little more specific about your fitness goals can greatly help. Eating 5 to 6 smaller and well balanced meals a day is a sure way of living healthy and prosperous life.
We maintain a healthy life as healthy foods eating so we will remind all issues best and be innovative in all ways so we will be conscious and never ignore any way in life having a growth image in life.
There are various ways to maintain health. One is control your weight. My weight was about 242 lbs and someone suggest me about hypnotherapy.

For maintaining good health you need a healthy lifestyle which includes proper nutrition and good habits. Green vegetables, foods rich in fiber, fruits and dairy products are very much essential. It is better to avoid junk foods and high calorie foods. Regular exercise and yoga is also beneficial. The last but most important on is avoid stress and be happy.
