    Shannon, I did. Boredom got the best of me at Sophons house while he was working. I did munch on some nuts and a few ferrero roche. I locked myself in the room watching Lizard Lick Towing and Animal Planet....next thing you know when I went outside, OMFG, 6 of his family members were here and along with 2 more damn dogs. So much people, his mom of course had to cook for all of them. I ended up leaving around 730 cause I needed to go home and cook BUT, went off the deep end. Stopped at Jack in the Crack got me a bacon ultimate cheese burger, taco, and bacon chedder fries. At home, I took 2 pc of manila mint cookie, half a nasty ass chocolate chip cookie, 2 chinese cookie and a few pieces of hot cheetos. I wasn't hungry either. I was fine not eating and just going to bed too but it was hard to stop myself. I know I over did it cause I was feeling like crap too, full.

    My finger has also been poofy since yesterday morning which would explain the little loss yesterday morning. It's obviously still poofy from all the crap I ate yesterday too but all good. Today is a new day, new week, to eat clean again and guzzle more water.

    LMFAO, it really is! =/ I think bored really trigged that binge eating moment cause I let myself think about cheating and then it consumes my logical side. All good, almost done!!
