OMG we just had a rep bring in mediteranean food for lunch. I am SOOOO tempted to have a piece of the falafel and some hummus. I usually avoid them because I don't normally eat legumes, but they smell sooo good. I'm scared it'll bump me up, though and I have to eat dinner out tonight as well. Grrrr, what to do, what to do.
On Sunday I ate indian fry bread, baked beans, potato salad and macaroni salad all at the same time at the BF's sister's house and then that night I had a huge piece of cheesecake and I thought for sure I would be up 4 lbs the next day but I stayed exactly the same! Although that was the only meal I ate that day also but still that is alot of crap foods that I would normall never eat and no gain!
Have a bite don't deprive yourself of the things you want to try for fear of the gain! We know how to get it back off if we do gain.
