Good morning ladies! Its been a super busy morning, so whew just now getting a chance to post. I am stabalizing fairly well I am happy to say! I am currently at 160.5 which is higher than I have been all weekend, but usual weight is 159.0 but I am still just over LDW of 159.4 so I am not worried. I had 2 drinks last night, and 5 chocolate covered almonds and also 5 crackers with bre cheese and fig jelly at a party for the family. I am glad that's all I had, I ate a taco salad before we left but was still hungry and just didnt give a hoot about it yesterday. I have been eating SUPER clean so it's all good. I think too I haven't been having regular BM's so I am sure thats adding to the weight. I had a lovely weekend with the grand kids at the mall. My huband and I love taking them to ride the kiddie rides and carousel, then to lunch. I did really well and didn't cheat at all over the whole weekend until last night, and I had plenty of chances. I ate a gyros salad at the mall for lunch and when I met my sons girlfriends family ( they are visiting from Hawaii) for the first time I ate chicken and salad at the restaurant. SO I am very pleased with myself! I hope everyone had a great weekend!
