    Bullet Proof coffee??

    Hi gals,

    I keep reading about bullet proof coffee and have no idea what this is, can someone please explain?

    It taste amazing! I don't even blend mine just make my coffee and put MCT oil and kerrygold butter in it with a little vanilla cream stevia and drink adn it is amazing tasting! Had 2 cups of it this morning as a matter of fact. But it is not for P2 only P3 and beyond!
