the result of my rating yesterday

Well I weighed in at -1.4 pounds. How I did that I don't know. But I will see it as a gift and be grateful. It could be the loads of water and dieters tea I had a cup of. But I have no intention of trying to find out... Thanks to all who helped me get through all the guilt.

Huge mess up!!

OMG I had 4 chicken strips mash potatoes, gravy and a biscuit from Popeye's. I was angry and not thinking then when I did it was too late. Now i don't know what to do from here. I feel like crap and crying....do I keep taking the HCG or do I have to start all over again? Pleas help. I just feel alone most of he time with him gone. Then when we have a problem I eat it away.

I love this diet. I'm more of a stress/ bored eater. So I don't over eat or gain a lot of weight unless I'm stressed out bad or have nothing to do. That's how I got to 166+ over the past 2 years. I have usually been about 135- 140 pounds. I got down to 144 working out and eating better but couldn't go below that for some reason. That's why I decided to try the HCG diet. I have done good on this so far. I lost a total of 5 pounds. I just wish I could get how much veges we should eat in a meal total.
