Veterans - is loading meant to be just high fats or high carbs or both?

Newbie here! I am starting the loading phase and want clarifications on the foods to load with. I see lots of mentioning of high fats but not necessarily carbs. I'm coming from doing Atkins, which is high fat, so I have no problem doing that. I'm worried about eating higher carbs as they tend to make me very physically ill when I do.

So my real question I suppose would be - would loading phase be obtained by still doing higher fats with low carb. Will greater weight losses still be obtained?

Goergie you don't have to eat carbs while loading and especially if they make you ill! Just load up with lots of good fats and you should be fine.
