    Exercise Advice from the Experts Please

    I have read through the journals and saw mention of exercising during Phase 2. I would love to do something to tone up my arms,butt, and abs while losing. But I thought except for walking this was not allowed. Has anyone been successful with anything in particular? Thanks.

    Most will say that you really need to just let the exercise thing go on P2. If you do decide to do more it is a bit of an experiment and you should add in a little more protein.

    That's perfect. i already am very physical at work, sometimes walk up to ten miles in a ten hour period. Lot of moving all shift. But its just four days a week, so on my days off I will just do some yoga or something. I would say Insanity is out. Thanks April.

    I was wondering about doing some light Pilates and using my stationary bike. I am a cashier so I burn cals at work. I doubt I try the bike but I am liking the idea of doing some stretching. I think it would be relaxing too. Good luck to you!
