    Hi All!
i'm starting P3 in a few days and looking forward to bacon. Went to Walamrt and every single one had sugar in it! Please let me know what you all are using! Thanks!

I had the same problem with bacon. I could not find one without sugar, so I never did bacon, but did a no nitrate etc sausage. I think the ones that have the least sugar grams and no additional sugar are the store brands and the low sodium ones.

Not sure if you guys have a Costco but I believe their singature Kirkland brand somes in sugar free and low sodium, at least that is the one I always used. I also found Safeway brand was sugar free as well.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Alaska isn't cool enough to have Trader Joes or Whole Foods. But we do have Costco and I'll try there. Will also look for the Hormel! Thanks all!

Smithfield is also sugar free and says it on the package, as well as being low sodium.

I would say go to the butcher. He should cure his own. I bet he would make some or already does sans sugar.
