Another popular HCG diet Protocol was introduced by Kevin Trudeau in his book “The Weight Loss Cure.” Trudeau’s HCG Prototypical was based on Dr. Simeon’s protocol, however he suggested taking supplements on top of the low-calorie diet, such as colon cleanse, apple cider vinegar, coral calcium, protein and others.
