Consume fiber daily will help your digestive system work more efficiently, whether you get it through your food or through supplements.

The HCG product will need to be used as specified. To overuse or abuse the product will not result in more weight loss, as many dieters falsely assume. The user of HCG weight loss products must adhere to the usage guidelines in order to derive maximum benefit.

    I lost 28 pounds in my first round, which I started first of June 2012. Lost 11 pounds the first week. I've kept it off in the last six weeks and lost a couple of more pounds, too. Just started my second round yesterday. I only have a few more pounds to go. This diet really works. I didn't ever think I was going to get this weight off. I wasn't hungry. I hate to admit it, but I even cheated a few times while on vacation.

    help =- i have been seeing dr for hcg… had to do a phone appt today.. i am finishing hcg this week – and cant get to dr till june. was told to continue the 500 cal diet till then??

    The first week I lost 11lbs. Day 30 I've lost 25 lbs. I gave up Coke and Rockstars cold turkey, I don't crave anything and I feel great.

    The hcg is wonderful I started this on Sept.27 2009 in one month Ilost 23 lb. I have never been able to do this with any other over the counter or dr. prescribed meds. so I know it works , and I did not exercise at all.
