Rob
Ive been on an hcg plan for 2 months. Month 1 was the "cleanse" which i essentially was on a no carb 1400 per day calorie diet taking natural cleansing pills 3 times a day. I followed the plan exactly 30 days did not cheat and only drank water. I went from 207 to 179. On day 31 i started the hcg injections and have followed the 500 calorie a day diet and 1 gallon of water. Ive been on hcg for 13 days and the lowest i have dropped is 171 and seem to be on a plateau. I am sticking it out now because i have 41 days invested and want to see if it really works. I feel great as far as energy considering i am on a 500 calorie a day diet. i seem to retain some water so ive been on a water pill and potassium for about 4 days ... see if that helps me get to the 160's. My goal is about 160 so 10 more to go. My initial thought is the cleanse and diet have done more to date for me .. this may be due to me not being really overweight == just a non motivated eater.

I am considering this method of weight loss. I have not been able to find out what interactions there might be with prescription meds I am currently taking, in particular, warfrin sodium (Coumadin), that I have been taking for approximately 9 months. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Thanks,
Rob
