Chapter 9 – Putting It All Together: Summary and Conclusion
This book covers a large amount of material about the cause of obesity, the cures for obesity, and the reasons for the cover-up, denial, and suppression of these true facts. All of this information comes from, and is supported by, thousands of credentialed experts from around the world. Other experts, however, may disagree with these findings even though they are not merely opinion, but factually scientifically based. This is common in the medical field. There is virtually never a consensus among experts as to what is safe and effective or ineffective and dangerous; there is always constant debate. There are always opponents as well as proponents. There are always those that agree, and those that disagree.
So which experts do you believe? I would suggest, and historical facts back me up, that financial motivations almost always determine whether an expert is for or against a particular method of treatment. While not an “expert” in this field, you should know that I have no financial interests in anything recommended in this book. I have no financial motivations to report on these scientific discoveries. This book, and all of the supporting substantiation, point to the facts that the ultimate cause of obesity is an abnormally operating hypothalamus. This causes intense and constant hunger, low metabolism, food cravings, and an abnormal excessive storing of fat in secure problem area fat deposits in the body.
The abnormal condition of the hypothalamus is caused by a combination of a large multitude of factors.
The exact Simeons “weight loss cure protocol” combining the very strict and specific diet with the exact amount of hCG, stimulates the hypothalamus to release abnormal fat deposits in the body, thus allowing the body to lose massive amounts of this secure fat extremely quickly. This results in a dramatic reshaping and re-sculpting of the body while retaining important structural fat and muscle mass. Little or no hunger occurs during the protocol.
The protocol also resets the abnormal hypothalamus condition, thus eliminating constant intense hunger, eliminating food cravings, increasing metabolism, and normalizing the hypothalamus so that the body does not abnormally store high amounts of fat in the secure problem area fat deposits in the future.
The protocol also cures and corrects the underlying cause of food cravings, binges, and uncontrollable urges to eat when a person is not hungry.
The protocol also gives the multitude of causes that created and exacerbate this condition. By eliminating the things that cause obesity, weight gain should never occur in the future.
This is why the Simeons “weight loss cure protocol” is being called a “cure” for obesity by medical doctors around the world. It corrects the condition and eliminates the causes so the condition does not return.
The protocol consists of four phases. Each phase consists of a series of things you must do, things you absolutely cannot do, things that are recommended and suggested you do, and things that are recommended and suggested you not do. Following these steps has been proven to be completely safe and totally effective at achieving the desired result of rapid and massive loss of abnormal fat, and a permanent correcting of the condition so that obesity does not return in the future.
As with any weight loss method, this protocol should be done under supervision of a medical doctor or licensed healthcare practitioner.

The reasons they are recommended, and the benefits you receive from doing or not doing each item listed, is also explained in this book. Dr. Simeons, in his book Pounds and Inches: A New Approach to Obesity concluded the following, “The hCG plus diet method can bring relief to every case of obesity, but the method is not simple. It can be time consuming, and does require perfect cooperation between physician and patient. Each case should be handled individually. The physician must be available to answer questions, allay fears, and remove misunderstandings. The patient should be checked daily. Without a complete understanding of the protocol, it can be useless for a patient to be handed a diet sheet and simply take the shots. This method involves a highly complex bodily mechanism.
