Losing a fresh morning drink is a good start indeed. As a veggie you could also try some smoothies for breakfast. I personally like the fruit boost very much as it wakens me up and vitalizes my metabolism.

I am sorry looks like there is no Vegetarian thread around. i think you should leave a note to the moderator or ask him if you can start one yourself. I think the veg thread should be a hit because a lot of people are turning vegetarian or vegan these days and after all there seems to be a lot of good stuffs about being veg.
