ate both meals at once today...waited too long for lunch

- hazelnut flavored coffee with 2t milk and 1 packet stevia

- handful frozen strawberries blended with orange zevia

- 200g very lean ground beef sauteed with 1 clove garlic, fennel seeds, oregano, garlic salt, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and 6 oz of organic tomato puree
- escarole, sliced into ribbons cooked in veg. broth and vinegar

- sugar free gum (craving sweet...not strictly on protocol)

- herbal tea
- smart water

    what do u use to saute ur food with? spray?

    hey, sorry for not seeing this sooner! unfortunately you can't use any spray or fat of any kind to saute, so i guess i'm using the term rather loosely. if i'm using ground chicken or beef there is usually some trace fat to help cook it, or else i add water or a dash of broth. let me know if you come up with any other ideas!
