    Dean's Journal

Please, please, please... all I want is for this diet to work. I know I can do this. I've done it once before, but for some reason this round is kinda hard. I cheated today, and know that it will cost me. I have to do better from here on.

    Dean,

You have accepted the cheat and the consequences that will come. Just get back on track and make a vow to stay there. You can do this!

    Hey Dean,

I did this diet once before and I found myself cheating a "little". The thing I learned is, I would gain 1 lb if I cheated instead of losing a lb. That meant it would take me two - three days to get where I should have been today!!! I have made up my mind, "No Cheating" this round...

By strong and you will be so amazed at the results!

    Good Luck!

hang in there and keep in mind how long it takes you to recover so next time you can think......is this bite of what ever worth losing so many days? You can do this and it is a great program!
