    Question MCT Oil?

I looked up one of the web links on here to a recipe file and an ingredient that keeps coming up is MCT Oil. This is unlike most fatty acids, MCTs do not convert to body fat or accumulate in fat storage. MCTs convert quickly to energy, and provide twice as much caloric energy as carbohydrates. MCT is extracted and purified from coconut oil, and is completely stable against oxidation. Has anyone tried this for cooking or is this not safe on Phase 2? Thanks

No this is not allowed in phase 2, no oils at all are allowed.

It is not on the original protocol. However, it is on some protocols and some people use it without issue. But everyone is different and you may gain/stall from it. That is the risk you take by trying it.
