Hi there, I have finished my 6 week protocol took off a total of 27 lbs. WOW!
I have been on the strict no starch no sugar for about a week. We had dinner with friends and yes if don’t stick with it, you will put on pounds. I woke up yesterday and had gained over 2 pounds so I did the “Steak Day” (no food all day and the large steak at night) and I lost the pounds and then a couple of 10th. So Dr. Simeon is right. You can put the weight back on quickly if you don’t stick to the 3 weeks of stabilizing your weight and helping the body with it’s new set point. Good luck to all.
